people just needed to pick a word to describe the real people who dont follow the crowd not to please others, but themselves.

i cant believe im doing this,
i have black hair, extremly choppy, blonde and blue, and i’ll admit i wear too much eyeliner, love hoodies, ts, and listen to what people like you would call ‘wierd’ or ‘demon’ music, (alt, rock, scream, tech, elec, shizz like that, even some popishy stuff), wore skinnys since 6th grade, and im in ninth, but thats how i like it. Im happy with myself this way, cus im different from the clones that walk around this earth in a rut, and im proud not to be one of emm.
and im never all depressy, im not so pescimistic, i dont even make sense when im not being serious which is almost never. if i wasnt so annoyed right now, i’d be super random i guess, and kinda ditzy, but thats what you get.
im not giving you my description so people go “oh yeah, shes emo, scene…etc..”. No, im doing it so you know that were not all the same.
Some say that emo is a lifestyle, and it can be to certain people who believe it, but that dosent mean it applies to everyone.
oh and just cus someone steriotypes you, dosent mean that “emos, and scenies” have to listen to the same music. we can like what we want, not what you think or tell us we should.
and people who cut themselves, theyre not emo, they just need an outlet cus they prolly truly do have a problem in they’re life, so stepp off doober. its the only thing that’ll keep the emotional pain in the recess of theyre mind until the pain ends, or they discover a better way to cool theyre minds. theyre real people who just need a way to deal.
if being ‘emo’, ’scene’, or even ‘punk’, ‘indie’, shizx like that, is being an individual, how come all of you guys are telling us how it is? or what we should dress like? What to listen to?
some people even had to stoop to describing themselves.
